Returns

Return of goods is carried out only if a marriage is detected.

If you find a marriage, you have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to contact us by mail at info@case-department.com and resolve the issue of return.

In the letter you must specify the order number to confirm the purchase of the goods in our store, and attach a photo of the defective product.

There are 2 options for resolving this situation:

  • processing of a refund;
  • resending of defective goods.

Specify in the letter the variant of the permission of a situation chosen by you.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Orders will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
